Step-by-step
- Open the admin panel at `/admin/knowledge-base`
- Click New article
- Fill in the slug, type (article / guide / tutorial / reference), author and thumbnail
- Add per-locale translations for the title, excerpt and content
- Save as draft, then flip to published when you are ready

When you publish a new article it immediately appears in the public listing at
`/{locale}/knowledge-base` and can be linked from the footer. Use the featured
toggle to promote your most important guide to the top of the page.
