What types of sensors can you integrate?
We work with temperature, humidity, pressure, vibration, energy consumption, flow rate, level, proximity, motion, air quality, and custom sensors. We select sensors based on your specific monitoring needs and environment.
How do sensors communicate in areas without WiFi?
We use LoRaWAN technology for long-range wireless communication without WiFi. LoRaWAN can transmit data up to 10km with excellent battery life, perfect for warehouses, outdoor areas, and facilities without network coverage.
How long does IoT sensor deployment take?
Typical deployments are completed in 3-6 weeks including sensor selection, installation, cloud integration, and dashboard setup. Larger deployments with many sensors may take longer.
What happens if sensors go offline?
We implement monitoring for sensor health and connectivity. You receive alerts if sensors go offline. Most sensors have local buffering to store data during connectivity issues and sync when back online.
Can you integrate sensor data with our existing systems?
Absolutely. We integrate sensor data with your ERP, CMMS, analytics platforms, and business processes. Sensor data can trigger workflows, update systems, and feed into your existing dashboards and reports.
How secure is IoT data transmission?
