Their data-driven approach enables clients to make informed decisions, improve conversion rates, and build lasting customer relationships across multiple channels.
The Challenge
Crewnet had data scattered across different systems - Podio CRM, internal call center data, financial overviews, and information from Finstat. Each team had their own version of the truth, and managers spent hours merging spreadsheets. Reports were delayed, and no one was certain if the numbers were correct. One salesperson kept notes in a calendar, another in Excel, a third somewhere in their head. Meetings often started with the question: How much did we actually close this month?
Implementation
We used a combination of modern tools to connect systems without the need for an extensive IT project. Podio serves as the data source for clients, calls, and meetings. Finstat provides supplementary data on companies, their size, and creditworthiness. Airtable functions as a central database for all data. Make.com ensures automation and integration between systems. Power BI visualizes data and provides reporting. We selected six key KPIs: CPBM (cost per booked meeting), booking rate, closing rate, number of calls, revenue by region, and revenue by product. We deployed the entire solution to production within two weeks.
